By accessing and using Land Surveyor Portfolio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Land Surveyor Portfolio provides a platform for licensed land surveyors to create professional portfolios showcasing their work while automatically redacting sensitive client information. The service includes file upload, automatic redaction, portfolio generation, and secure viewing capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be a licensed land surveyor or authorized representative of a surveying firm
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that violates any law or regulation
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or redaction systems
• Use the service to distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our redaction technology

5. Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We implement automatic redaction technology to protect sensitive information, but you remain responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is appropriate for public display after redaction.

6. Data Security and Redaction

While we use advanced technology to automatically redact sensitive information, our redaction system may not catch all sensitive data. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing redacted content before publishing
• Ensuring client consent for portfolio display where required
• Complying with all applicable privacy laws and regulations
• Reporting any redaction errors to our support team

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Professional Responsibility

As a licensed professional, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards governing the practice of land surveying in your jurisdiction.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
